In-person Oral Presentations
To minimise technical issues during the conference, all presentation slides will be pre-loaded on the local computers at the conference venue. So please upload your presentation slides in pdf or MS power point format before 29th January to the following drop box link,

You will have 10min (max. 12min) for your ORAL presentation at the in-person session. Please check the conference program for your presentation time.
In-person Poster Presentations
The poster presentation will be digital only, so you don’t need to print the poster. To minimise technical issues during the conference, all digital posters will be pre-loaded on the local computers of the conference venue. The recommended poster size is A3 Landscape orientation with minimum font size of 14 Arial. The poster file format must be PDF or JPEG only. Please upload your poster to the following dropbox before 29th January.
